Join Tett resident artist Peng Yuan Wang in the Activity Room on Sunday afternoons! During his Seven Plus Seven Artistic Creations workshops for adults, Peng will teach artmaking techniques with a variety of art mediums. Create your own unique artwork for only $35.00!

About the Instructor:

Peng Yuan Wang graduated from the Central Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing, China, with a degree in oil painting and mixed media. He has been painting for over 20 years and has taught painting professionally for over 10 years. He specializes in figure, landscape and abstract mixed media. He also has a strong background in Chinese calligraphy, and his abstract and figurative works in ink and wash show the uniqueness of silk and Xuan paper. He believes that art itself is an individual, unique expression. Through his Seven Plus Seven workshops, participants will experience the joy of creating their own art.

PLEASE NOTE: Class size is limited to 7 students each week to accommodate physical distancing measures. Masks are required. Students will be screened for symptoms of COVID-19 and their contact tracing information obtained before entering the Activity Room. Students 12+ years old will be required to show Proof of Vaccination (fully vaccinated plus 14 days) and must provide valid government-issued ID. Paper vaccination receipts and QR codes accepted. Any individuals who require an accommodation under the Ontario Human Rights Code with respect to vaccination status must provide approved supporting documentation. Students who are unable to provide Proof of vaccination + ID, or a valid medical exemption note from their health practitioner will not be permitted entry into the Activity Room.

 

We are monitoring and following Health Canada and Kingston, Frontenac, Lennox and Addington (KFL&A) Health Unit recommendations.
