Queen's Musical Theatre Presents Sunday in the Park with George
Sunday in the Park with George is a captivating musical by Stephen Sondheim that brings to life the iconic painting A Sunday Afternoon on the Island of La Grande Jatte by Georges Seurat. Set in both the late 19th century and the present day, the show explores the artistic process, the tension between creativity and personal relationships, and the struggles of artistic legacy. With stunning music, heartfelt performances, and a unique blend of visual art and theatre, this musical invites audiences to experience the beauty of Seurat’s masterpiece from an entirely new perspective.
