About the Tett Gallery

The Tett Gallery is an exceptional space for personal or group exhibitions, creative performances, gallery showings, sales, workshops and meetings. The 1000 sq. ft gallery is for both experienced and aspiring artists to share their work with the community. Please note that the Tett Centre does not curate or take any commission from displayed work. 

Your rental of the Tett Gallery includes adjustable track lighting, open WiFi, plinths of various heights, and tables and chairs if required. Renters also receive one hour of Tett staff time to adjust lighting. An extra Patch + Paint fee may be applied.

Room Capacity

60 guests standing reception, or 40 guests at tables (subject to furniture availability).

Furniture

  • Two 6' rectangular tables and two chairs included.
  • 8 Cocktail Tables (if required and subject to furniture availability).
  • Set up and take down of furniture included (tables/chairs).

Technical Equipment

  • Plinths of different heights are available to use.
  • Clean, white walls to mount artwork.
  • A track and cable hanging system with twist clamp hooks for hanging artwork (included, if needed).
  • Various outlets.
  • Patch & paint fee ($100.00 to $150.00) required if holes and marks are placed on the walls.

Tett Staff

  • Tett staff ($35 per hour, minimum three hours).
  • Security (required when alcohol is served / $40.00 per hour, minimum four hours).
  • Technician - (optional / $40.00 per hour, minimum four hours).

Gallery + Activity Room

Looking to run a workshop or meeting in the Activity Room in conjunction with your art exhibition in the Tett Gallery? The folding wall between the Activity Room and the Tett Gallery can be opened, creating one larger space. Rent them separately or together. 20 guests at tables in the Activity Room and 40 at tables in the Gallery, or 30 guests for a standing reception in the Activity Room and 60 guests for a standing reception in the Gallery.
