Rental rates on the website (pdf at the Rentals FAQ tab) do not include possible staff and/or security requirements.

Room Capacities:
Activity Room - 20 for workshop or meeting, 30 for standing reception
Tett Gallery - 40 for workshop or meeting*, 60 standing reception
Rehearsal Hall - 60 at tables, 60 theatre style or 80 for a standing reception
Malting Tower - 100 for a seated dinner, 120 theatre style, or 150 standing reception.

*Based on available Tett furniture. The Tett Gallery rental includes two (2) 6' tables and two (2) chairs. Additional furniture may be available by request, subject to availability from other rental spaces. If those spaces are booked, additional furniture cannot be guaranteed.

If so, at what time will the bar open (i.e., 5:00p.m.)

Please note, all rentals that occur Monday to Saturday must finish by 1:00a.m. and Sunday rentals must finish by 5:00p.m.

Are your dates flexible? If so, add another date:
This refers to the duration of access to the room, including time that a caterer, decorator, and other third party suppliers who need access to set up and take down for your event. Tett furniture will be set up prior to your rental (included in the rental fees) and you do not need to include that when deciding your rental access hours. Four hours is the minimum rental access but after the first four hours, you can rent hourly.
