The Tett Centre comes in above Ontario's Code for Accessiility, making it especially accessible to all visitors.

Guide Animals

We welcome Service Dogs in the areas accessible to the general public of our building that are trained to assist their owners. Please be prepared to introduce your companion and/or share identification for your Service Dog with our staff and volunteers. 

Entrances

The Tett can be accessed from the front, north entrance on King Street West and the rear, south patio entrance. The front doors are automatic sliding doors. If necessary, access to a side loading door can be provided.

Passenger Drop-Off

Tett staff is available to assist patrons at the main entrance. Please contact Tett staff at info@tettcentre.org prior to arrival to arrange assistance.

There are accessible parking spaces in the Tett’s front parking lot.

Hearing Assistance

The Tett Centre can provide up to 6 hearing assist dual language headphones.

Elevators

There is a user-friendly accessible elevator between the first, second and third floors. Tett staff are happy to assist you while using the lifts.

Restrooms

Each floor has a washroom that is accessible to patrons using wheelchairs. These facilities are equipped with adult changing tables and emergency buttons.

Wheelchair

The Tett Centre has a wheelchair that is available for patrons to use. Please contact us if you wish to use this accessible feature.
