Custom Pet Embroidery Ornament Fundraiser Workshop
Ticket price: $55
Additional pet ornament kits can be purchased at checkout for $40
*20% of all ticket sales are donated to the Kingston Humane Society
*This workshop is suitable for working with a photo of any type of pet.
*This is a custom workshop so people will need to send me a photo of their pet in advance of the workshop for me to prepare the pattern.
 

Come and learn how you can create this completely custom ornament. Send me a photo of your pet in advance for me to sketch out your pattern. Then show up to the fundraising event, pick your colors and learn how to embroidery your very own pet ornament.

In this class, you will learn the basic stitches needed to create this piece and the confidence to finish the piece at home.

All supplies included

  • 3" hoop
  • needle
  • fabric
  • thread
  • printed pattern with instructions

No experience necessary, suitable for ages 13+

*Please email me a photo of your pet at least 3 days prior to the workshop (rebecca@comfortconnects.com)

*You will only be completing one embroidery piece per workshop

*Additional ornament kits can be purchased to complete at home

*20% of each ticket sold will be donated to the Kingston Humane Society

 

Class runs THURSDAY, March 11th @ 6pm - 8.30pm at the Tett Centre (in the activity room/gallery room on the bottom floor).

 

Registration required. Class size is limited to accommodate physical distancing measures. Students will be required to complete a self-assessment form prior to the class. Masks must be worn within the building at all times. Please wash and sanitize hands regularly, and maintain physical distancing. We are monitoring and following Health Canada and Kingston Frontenac Lennox and Addington (KFL&A) Health Unit recommendations. We look forward to your safe and creative visit!
