What to Expect When You Can’t Expect Anything: An Introduction to Youth Improv

What to Expect When You Can’t Expect Anything, is the perfect introduction to youth improv. The goal of this workshop is to introduce older elementary and middle-school-aged students to the ins-and-outs of high school improv and beyond, while presenting some crucial skills, helping to develop an interest in the medium, and exploring the right improv mindset.

Join senior improv player, Kylie Meyerman, and enjoy a fun and inclusive environment reminiscent of the many improv events and opportunities offered to students regionally. The focus will not be on perfecting the art of improv, but rather on generating passion for it and piquing the interest of youth.

In this 2-hour session, students will discover a variety of unique exercises and games to develop new skills in a dynamic way. No experience required. Register today!

Ages 10-14. Registration required.
