Intro to Perspective: Forest scene

Michelle will give an introduction to the materials, art history, colour theory and composition. She will demonstrate her technique and then provide one on one guidance while you create your own forest scene. Reference photos for all seasons will be provided, choose your own. Acrylic paint. New to painting? This is a safe and encouraging setting to learn something new. Seasoned artist? She'll gently push you a little to try something outside of your regular practice. All materials are provided. 16x20' Canvas size.

About the Artist 

Michelle Reid has been painting for just over 7 years and currently features both contemporary nature and urban subjects in her work, noted for capturing the sunlight through colour but also for conveying a sense of the spirit of a place. Her work shines so bright you’ll want to reach for your sunglasses.
