Visit the Tett to view a solo exhibition by Erin O'Neill, one of our eight Creativity Studio Artists. About the exhibition, Erin writes:
As an Abstract, Expressive Artist, I am interested in the ways in which opposite elements interact and connect. Form and Flow are two elements which exist in everyday life and can be found in the ways that man-made structures interact with the organic movements of nature. The intersection of the two elements creates a unique and inspiring dialogue. Form and Flow is an exhibit which explores both line and structure, as well as graceful and water-like movements. The exhibit asks the audience to reflect on the question, "How do Form and Flow connect for you?"
On view Friday, March 17 through Tuesday, March 21, 12–6PM daily in the Tett Gallery.
Light refreshments provided. All ages are welcome at the exhibition, however, it is not advised to bring children (under 12yrs) to the opening reception.
Erin O'Neill is an abstract painter and expressive artist whose work is inspired by the colours, textures, and organic movement found in nature; it is there that Erin finds renewal. Erin has long been interested in the way that opposing elements combine with each other, to produce something unique; a sum greater together than apart. Erin's artistic process seeks to explore a wide range of depth emotion, welcoming all onto the canvas in order to locate the transformative aspects of her experiences, bringing them to light.
