EXHIBITION: “AWAKENING” BY PENGYUAN WANG

We welcome you to come see Pengyuan Wang's solo exhibition "Awakening" in the Tett Gallery from June 16 - 22, 2023. Pengyuan Wang is a Chinese Canadian visual artist who works in oils, watercolour and calligraphy. He believes that art making is a way of finding stillness and peace within the mind. 

"Awakening" has two parts:

• June 16 - 20: the exhibition will feature vibrant large oil paintings.
• June 21 - 22: the exhibition will feature small watercolour and mineral paintings.

Exhibition Hours:

• June 16, 5PM - 8PM
• June 17, 9AM - 6:30PM
• June 18, 9AM - 5:00PM
• June 19, 11AM - 6:30PM
• June 20, 11AM - 6:30PM
• June 21, 11AM - 6:30PM
• June 22, 11AM - 6:30PM

About the Artist

Pengyuan Wang is a Chinese Canadian visual artist who works in oils, watercolour and calligraphy. He believes that art making is a way of finding stillness and peace within the mind. Peng is also a Creativity Studio artist at the Tett Centre! The Creativity Studios are located on the 2nd floor.
