The concept of Clown as a theatre medium takes on many forms, but the Bouffon comedic approach is unique and strictly European. Join visionary Métis physical artist and play-write Philip Jonah Logan Geller with legendary theatre dramaturg, director and writer Lib Spry at 12:30PM as they discuss each of their emotional and experiential opinions around Bouffon's Clown.
At 1:30PM, This will be followed by Philip's one-person performance that blends bouffon, clown, storytelling, and spectacle. 'who will save the night sky' is an interactive performance that reminds us of the importance of our relationship to the sky world.
These events are presented by Art of Visiting: a National Indigenous Presenters Gathering presented by LodgePole Arts Alliance.
