Join artist Edem Abbeyquaye for an inclusive Afro Dance workshop exploring rhythm, movement, and self-expression. Designed for participants of all experience levels, this session introduces accessible foundational Afro Dance movements and rhythms through guided instruction and creative exploration. Participants will learn a simple choreographed sequence to perform together at the end of the workshop while also being encouraged to move freely, improvise, and connect with the music in their own way. This joyful, community-focused session celebrates movement as a way to build confidence, creativity, and meaningful connection.
