Alcohol Ink Landscape Workshop with Rhonda Evans

Come and play with Alcohol ink as artist Rhonda Evans guides you through a two hour class, with a vibrant and forgiving medium, in a multitude of colours. As you create beautiful layers and textures with inks they will really pop with some special finishing touches.

Rhonda will provide instruction to paint a 10 x10 piece that you will take home in a 12x12 frame ready to hang! Remember to dress for mess, as it will stain clothing. Rhonda will also provide gloves for those who wish to protect their hands from the dye.

This workshop is beginner-friendly; no experience is necessary.

To change your class there must be 48 hrs notice or a friend is welcome to take your products and space on the day of event. This is a nonrefundable project if participant doesn’t attend or cancels without proper notice.

About the Artist

Rhonda Evans is a multidisciplinary artist. Environment plays a large role in her subject matter. Recent travels across Canada’s east coast as well as a trip to Ireland are very reflective in her most recent work. She is happiest in her studio when working with bright colours, on anything from floral imagery, to the babbling brooks and rocky shores. Playing with ink, wool, paint, glass or wood. Chaos you may say- Maybe! But this is ‘making’ ~ and anything is possible.
