This 8-week evening class (2 hours per week) is perfect for new weavers, those interested in trying weaving for the first time, or as a refresher for those with some experience. You’ll learn the fundamentals of weaving using either a table loom or a rigid heddle loom.

Table looms are slightly more complex than rigid heddle looms but provide a strong foundation for working on larger floor looms, while rigid heddle looms are easy to set up and great for sampling and small projects. Over the course of the class, you will learn to prepare your loom, weave a small item such as a sampler or scarf, and gain practical skills for planning projects and reading patterns.

Instruction is tailored to each student’s pace and needs, ensuring you gain confidence and enjoyment in your weaving practice.

Beginner Friendly | Ages 18+ | Members - $271.20 (incl. hst) & Non-members - $ 288.25 (incl. hst)
