Ian Wong is a composer, pianist and music educator based out of Kingston. He composes and records solo piano music that can be found on streaming platforms such as Spotify and Apple Music. When not writing music, he teaches piano out of his home studio and in the Music and Digital Media program at St. Lawrence College.

Becca Snowdon has been teaching yoga in Kingston for 5 years, a mix of in studio and private classes. She fell in love with yoga in 2008 and the love only grew when she became a teacher in 2013. When you take a class with Becca you can be reassured she’s poured her entire heart into the sequence of poses, the gentleness of her touch, and the vibe of the room. Becca’s excited to meet new students share her love of yoga in new classes and spaces.
