Slow Art Day is a global event with a simple mission: help more people discover for themselves the joy of looking at and loving art.

One day each year – April 6 in 2019 – people all over the world visit local museums and galleries to look at art slowly. Participants look at 5 artworks for 10 minutes each and then meet together over lunch to talk about their experience.

Modern Fuel is delighted to join over 150 galleries, museums, and other art venues from all over the world for this annual event.

On Saturday, April 6, Modern Fuel is open from noon to 5 PM. Join us for some slow art-seeing at noon, followed by a discussion-gathering led by our staff with light refreshments at 1 PM.

Location: Suite 305, 370 King Street W., Kingston, Ontario, Canada K7L 2X4
