About:

Michelle Reid was raised in Kingston Ontario and is often drawn to the woods to decompress and reflect. She seeks balance of light and shadow in her artwork, like how a sunset wraps around the trunk of a tree to transform shapes into magic! She encourages beginners and more seasoned artists alike to join her in the studio to experience the joy of painting in a casual setting.

All materials are provided. This workshop will focus on how to create a colourful forest scene using composition, colour theory, and technique. Michelle will provide a live painting demo while explaining her process then, offer one-on-one assistance while you create your own.
