New Year Yoga in the Malting Tower

Join us as we ground into the energies of the New Year. Using the power of intention, we will release the busy energies of December and all that 2019 held, and settle into the slow and quiet nature that January brings. In that peaceful space, feel through all that you wish to manifest in 2020. This class will offer moments to flow, to tap into stillness, and to sit in guided meditation, all while breathing deeply and sharing space with the beautiful energy of others.

This special event includes: a 70-minute Hatha style yoga class, a 15-minute meditation session, and a $5.00 gift voucher from Juniper Café. Enjoy a cup of coffee or a bite to eat after the class!

A portion of the proceeds support Kids Creativity Club, a Saturday morning arts program for families to create together at the Tett Centre. Thank you for your donation.

Everyone is welcome to participate, regardless of yoga experience. Bring your mat, a reusable water bottle, and a blanket (if you wish), and ring in the New Year in the scenic, waterfront Malting Tower at the Tett Centre on Saturday, January 4th 9:00am-10:30am. Register today!
