Needle Punch is making a come back. Come see what all the hype is about!

 

This workshop is open to participants age 12 and up.

 

During this workshop you will learn the basics of Needle Punch Embroidery on a small “sampler” project. You will learn about needle punching tools and supplies, how to thread the needle and how it works, along with multiple stitches. All supplies will be included during the workshop so that you may begin your sampler. Needles and kits will be available for purchase during the workshop so that you may continue on your own at home.

About the art instructor:

Rhonda Evans is a multi-disciplinary artist who lives and works in Kingston, Ontario. The rugged landscape and the warm spirit of her home province of Newfoundland, as well as life on her family farm, influence her artwork. She is happiest when creating with bright colours and a variety of art mediums. She has both a farmhouse studio and a Creativity Studio at the Tett Centre.
